terms of service

ownership and copyright

- artwork created will remain intellectual property of the artist and may be used for promotional purposes (showcasing, streaming, advertising on social media)- artwork is not allowed in commercial or merchandising use. however, they are permitted for personal and media use (e.g. social media posts, displaying in streams, pfps) with due credit to me of course- claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited- the client agrees not to use the artwork in ways that violate copyright laws, and violate basic human morals

payment & refund policy

- payments can be made full upfront, or 50% after a sketch has been made and 50% before the final artwork is delivered- for discord goods payments, it will have to be 100% upfront after a messy sketch is delivered- refunds not available after work has begun

turn around time and delivery

- deadline of the art will be discussed before starting- delays may occur due to personal reasons but the client will be notified- rush orders require additional fees and are subject to availability- art will be delivered through email/google drive link for all

process

- client is responsible to provide the relevant information about your commissionif commission is not a skeb and/or a YCH;- i will send a sketch and will need confirmation and/or corrections, payment will be made after you are satisfied with the sketch- there will only be 3 revisions in the sketch phase, 2 in the coloring phase, and 1 for correcting mistakes.- additional revisions may incur extra charges, and any changes beyond initial agreement will be discussed before proceeding
